My talk is accepted and now I decided I'm going to Vienna for YAPC::EU. Since flying from SFO to VIE directly (mostly via LHR) costs a bit expensive, I'd probably do SFO - LHR - VIE - LHR - SFO and stay in London for one or two nights before/after the conference.
