We're slackers and have been lazy not deciding nor scheduling YAPC::Asia 2007 by waiting for someone to raise their hands to say "We want to host YAPC::Asia!".
Apparently no one has done it and since everyone starts asking me "How YAPC::Asia 2007 goes? In tokyo again?", we launched the website YAPC::Asia 2007 Tokyo.
We haven't decided anything yet, but we've got a feeling to organize the event again. The estimate of the timeline the event is gonna happen would be the last week of March or the 1st week of April, to coordinate with OSDC.tw in Taiwan.
As some of you might already know, I'm not in Japan anymore and moved to San Francisco. Takesako-san is taking over the stuff but I'll still help maintaining the website and negotiating with sponsors, and inviting speakers from worldwide. And yeah, I'll be back in Japan for YAPC definitely and will talk about something.
