Tomorrow I'll be flying to London for YAPC::EU.
Today I ordered a rental cellphone which I'll take at the airport, booked the shuttle bus from Roppongi Hills to Narita Airport on 8am. The flight is at 11:40 and will be 12 hours flight: I'll arrive on 5pm or something at Heathrow, then move to acme or clkao's place for BBQ.
