XML::Liberal 0.13_03 is up on CPAN. Now it has support to parse UTF-8 data with control code (so called low-ascii bytes) in it. The remedy code is kind of nasty, hence I made it a developer release.
Also I added Test::Base-based unit test to do regression. Give it a shot.
