Chris Dent spotted a huge bug in XML::Atom::Content _is_printable method, which accidentally thinks it's the binary data even if it's a proper Unicode string, when you call eval {} somewhere in the code and $@ is set left.
The bug was fixed and 0.21_03 developer release is on CPAN now.
