I'm at Sage-AU's annual conference in Melbourne. Yesterday, I presented my Practical Web Programming course, which seemed to be well received. At the first break (halfway through) I was at page 40 of 120, and so I panicked a bit and ended up finishing 15 minutes early. The PWP course is a "best of" my 150 magazine columns presented live. Lots of meat, because there's techniques to learn, modules to talk about, and even coding strategies.
There's no consistency to which side of the sidewalk an Ozzie walks on. They drive on the left, but they don't stay to the left on the walk. Going up or down stairs they tend to pick the left side, though.
Today, I deliver Packages, References, Objects, and Modules.
I woke up both mornings rather early. I'm not completely realigned with Oz time, it seems. I'll probably be just fine by Sunday, as I head home.
