I've seen this comparison before, but I'd wonder about their methodology.
I'd always had the impression that Python was on the upswing, from purely subjective criteria. This report has had Python on a downward trend lately.

This survey puts HTML in the middle of the programming languages. This arises some doubt in my mind, on whether these guys even know what they're talking about.
