Upgraded my orange iMac with the Harmoni from Sonnet, added FireWire and a 500Mhz G3. Added an external 40Gb FireWire drive. Nice. It Just Works.

Now for my DV camcorder. Pretty please, postperson.

Firewire is replaced by USB 2.0? I've got a firewire scanner and a DV Camcorder - both work very nicely. Of course, I don't expect them to actually be supported in 5 years. :(

Well, I've already ditched my SCSI scanner, 'cause
my 1998 iMac does not support it, and my SCSI Jaz
disk is gathering dust. So I share your expectation.
