Attended Adam Turoff's Maintainable Perl tutorial in the morning. It was good. A lot of the stuff I knew, but that's okay -- it means I've been on the right track. :)
In the afternoon it was the MySQL New Features Workshop. It wasn't really a tutorial. It was just a slightly elongated regular session that I had to pay extra for. (By I, I really mean the company, of course.)
Note to self: stick strictly to Perl tutorials in the future.
Made it to Powell's, where we bought enough books to cause a random fellow customer to exclaim "Wow! You guys really shop. Right on!"
The total only came to $117, though. I'm already plotting to go back and pick up some other books I had my eye on, and hit their technical bookstore maybe.
