Today I got an e-mail with this gem of a footer:
Please do not reply to this email. Replies to this email will not be responded to or read. If you have any questions or comments, contact us by email.
The punchline is that I'm then provided with a website address to use to send the e-mail.
This was from TicketMaster. They should know better.
