We are building a very exciting internet tv channel for user generated content. It's not like youtube but really more like any other tv channel you would see on regular cable television. It will go live Very Soon Now and we started blogging about the technical challenges (in german) of building such a beast.
Perl proved to be the right tool to bring all those technologies together. CPAN is our hero!
