Woohoo, using new modules!
XML::RSS - we generate a set of links every week, which are used internally (and added by hand to various web pages, some of which we don't control). With XML::RSS I can now publish these links, and write templates for other sites so that we can manage those pages.
Text::Template - I take their page, turn it into a template, and write a CGI to fill in the values based on the RDF file. Maybe we'll use Mason...
Another organization runs a portal (although our constituency will not have access to it for a year) and now they could use our RDF files...
