Oh dear. Because of the recent OpenSSL security holes found, we decided to immediately upgrade our OpenSSL libraries. But then Apache wouldn't restart so we had to recompile mod_perl and then that wouldn't recompile claiming that a symbol in Socket.so couldn't be found.
Meanwhile users are screaming. So we punt. Restore the whole mess off tape and go home and go fetal.
