Its been a couple of weeks since my first post on my "bodymass rectification program", and I've managed to stay away from McDonalds and keep off the full fat Coca Cola ( although I've had a couple of glasses of the diet varient ). I've done a little cycling too, which seems to have helped as I had a nice suprise when I stepped on the scales this morning - 14 stone dead on. My weight seems to fluctuate by a couple of pounds but it's still a nice landmark. My last timed run on the bike was under the 45 minute mark for ten miles - next target is 40, and I hope I can get close to 30 by the end of the summer.
