That gratin sounds great. Just a couple of weeks ago I was experimenting with califlour gratins. I tried a couple of different bechamels and cheeses before I was satisfied, but the spicy tofu mustard sauce in your recipe sounds fantastic.

Just don't tell picky people it has tofu in it, what they don't know won't hurt them :-)

Every year at Thanksgiving I want to make braised brussel sprouts and every year I don't because I'm the only one who would eat them. They are truly an under appreciated veggie.
