I've got it so that it has all my old reviews back up (and Matthew's ratings).
At some point I'll finish the editing interface and get that up and running.
And then I'll start adding new entries.
That will bring the number of web log style things I have on my web page to four. There's:
Of course, I still have to actually put data into them (the links page needs an update) which means I need to improve my environment so that I can add things quite easily. The books and links pages have web forms. This, as most people reading it will be aware, also has a web form. The reviews page will have a web form.
Are there better ways than web forms? Discuss.
Naturally, RSS files will be forthcoming. Mostly because I have an RSS fetish. I have a program that grabs a large number of them from the web (and a silly number of them from Meerkat) and then emails me a report of what has changed. It's basically my very own tailored news service.
The RSS link for this page is: http://use.perl.org/journal.pl?op=rss&uid=koschei
(And I just found out that you can use either the numeric UID or the actual username for a UID in the above URL.)
