Arg. What have they done!?!
PhotoCDs used to be nice. One could happily export the images up to massive resses like 3076 (or thereabouts). But Kodak have changed the disc format and my Acorn Risc PC can't read the CD anymore. And they claim the new stuff is compatible with MacOS 8.6, and it just crashes. Had to use my Windows machine and the software is just shite Director goop.
And it exports as JPEGs! WTF do I want a JPEG for? At least give me an losslessly compressed or uncompressed TIFF. What the hell were Kodak thinking? *sigh*
So - hmm. Damnit - that's two rants in one day.
