Ok, so the final preparations for traveling to Braga are done. Uhm, except packing.
On the YAPC mailing list Cog managed to hook us up with a guy named Pedro who's going by car from Lisboa to Braga, so that solved the problem of booking a train ticket. It's nice when problems solve themselves if you just ignore them long enough :)
