Make sure you know exactly how to get there, and how long it will take you. Then give yourself an extra 15 minutes because sh*t happens. People are stupid & get in accidents, you get a brain cramp and forget how to get there, etc. This has bitten me more than one time. Luckily it hasn't cost me an interview yet, but I'm working to make sure that never happens.
Wear a tie

Yes, I hate them too. But you should always wear a tie, even if the interviewer specifically says to come casual. Heck, a suit is even better. "Dress to impress" as the saying goes.
Oh, and make sure you have a recent/decent haircut. I tend to get shaggy right about the time I need to interview...
