The guy I worked for in December and January still hasn't paid. That means trouble. Not in the last place for me. I'm totally broke. Creditcards totally used up, bank accounts empty. But also for him!
I had to follow the correct legal path, so that is why it takes so long to hire a 'court bailiff' (at least I think that's what it's called in British English). You have to give your client plenty of time to pay or respond here in NL. I did just that.
I sent them the original invoice, my remembrance and the whole email-discussion we had about the invoice (some 20 emails), and currently they are investigating whether or not they'll accept my case. I think they will.
