just a few short words...
- After a journey of almost 8 hours (by train from Haren, NL to Winterbach, DE), I arrived at the Holiday Inn around 17:15 yesterday. Tired. Hot. Exhausted.
- I had dinner two times (because while I was having dinner with Autrijus Tang and Chia-liang Kao and co we got a phonecall to ask if we wanted to have dinner with some others that had arrived already). Not good for a diet.
- Autrijus is really just as nice in person as he is on IRC :)
- During Autrijus' PAR tutorial, his 'Introduction to RT Foundry', and a presentation about Recursive design and implementing complex Perl programs', I finished my own slides for Thursday. No more stress...
- Oh, Abigail's here too :) Three Dutch Perlketeers (Jos is here too) against a majority of Germans...
