I have been coding VB.NET for quite some time now on this project implementing some Web services.
I have made all the functional tests in Perl (See november 22nd.).
Well today a consultant asked me to make a benchmark on one of the webservices (there are between 20 and 30). I told him that the webservice currently was running against a development database, so I would not be able to give an accurate picture... well anyway using the Benchmark module it took five minutes - the consultant got his benchmark, I was once against amazed by Perl, the backside was after 5 minutes I could go back to coding VB.NET.
Heh I am not to bright am I?
