I accidentally discovered this magnificent iTunes feature.
I am working on our new apartment and I listen to podcasts while doing so. This is a nice way to listen to podcasts, since I find it somewhat hard to do so when at work and when programming.
Anyway when I stop for the day and go home (next door) I can synchronize my iPod with iTunes on my PowerBook. Locate the same podcast in iTunes and start it and it begins from where I was when I stopped listening on the iPod.
I have to check whether this works the other way around also, but I am almost sure it does.
I have experienced this synchronization feature a few times, but not given much thought to it, but today I made a formal test and my suspicion was correct - don't you just love when software actually is smart.
