Last weekend we had one kid sick and in general the weekend was driving us a but crazy. Everybody was tired.
My plan was to go running 18 km. Sunday with Sparta.
So we made a quick decision and picked up take away from a nearby Indian restaurant.
Saturday night I got sick and it lasted for 48 hours. This impacted everything, so no running for me Sunday and I did not get out running until last night.
So I missed my January goal and my rhythm got broken.
So last night I ran 10 km to get started again, the legs felt okay - but all of a sudden my stomach started to feel bad, so I suffered a minor set back, my plan is to go running Friday and Sunday.
I hope I will be back in a good rhythm soon, cause this is very frustrating.
