We have a long tradition in Denmark with Christmas calendars running on children's TV. The theme often is that Christmas is threatened and somebody will have to save Christmas. This goes on for 24 episodes and the closer to Christmas, the worse the situation looks - will the heroes make it? absolutely unbearable...
I feel like I am in one of those Christmas shows right now. Yesterday I received a mail from the Apple shop that they where unable to deliver my order before Christmas, they hope it did not contain any Christmas presents and that I received their message in a timely manner to locate alternative presents - the order would be delivered after Christmas.
So now what?
Do I go downtown and buy other presents, the others will still be arriving and Apple gave me no option to opt out.

Reminds me of when I was a kid and I got socks and other soft presents, I hated that.
