The last two months I have not made my goals, in September I simply drowned in work and I did not get to run as much as I had set out to do.
In November I caught a cold, which lasted 10 days, so I did not get to do much running in November either. So now it is December and I have set up a new goal.
I wrote in my journal that I would give a new status in November prior to starting the marathon training.
I did not get started on the marathon training with Sparta, so after having complete my run yesterday I sat down and looked for their schedule.
I found the schedule, a restitution guideline and a training plan running from 1. December until May where the Copenhagen Marathon is taking place.
So I am really up for getting going, I plan to attend the next Sparta marathon training, which will be a 18 km. run next Sunday - I ran 10 km. yesterday so running 15 km. today would probably not be a idea, also considering the restitution I should let me body have.
But things look good and I actually enjoy my late evening runs, they are following a lit route, with almost no traffic and lots of fresh air.
