I am in my worst running crisis so far, work is simply taking all my time and when I am not working I am spending time with my family.
Some weeks back I however pulled myself together and got out to go for a run. I had not touched my iPod Nano for some days and it had been banging around in my backpack, so it had run out of battery.
10 km, not recorded :-/
Well I have located a 10 km route which is lit, this will be useful over winter, well it is quite useful now.
