I have found a problematic area in the current version of BOP::CashCow. This maintenance release
addresses the problem for a single scenario of the problem.
The problem area is my homegrown XML, which is not good so I was having problems with the character '&'.
The whole processing of the data from CashCow have to be redesigned so we do not get these weird cases in the future.
