I am just coming out of my first running crisis. I have experienced a short period of time, where running has not been as fun as it used to be. I think this is something you experience with everything, which feels tough and repetitive. I can however already feel things are better and I am still on target with my goal for June, which is 90 km. in 4 weeks.
I should have run 10 km. this weekend, but I got caught in a serious shower after having run 2 km. so I terminated my trip half-way and only ran 5 km. So as it looks right now my 10 km. is scheduled for tonight.
If there are anybody outhere with a Nike+ account who need a challenge I am up for it.
