A fellow Perl user, gave me a word of warning when I wrote the journal entry on the modeling tool, which is developed by Telelogic.
Be advised it's a Telelogic product, like Synergy
"Synergy" is a change management and revision control system, with which I have had some experiences.
A client of mine uses Telelogic Synergy and they want to migrate the project I am working on from their VSS into Synergy - but apparently Synergy cannot handle files with the lastname .log
Ok I understand that some files names can be reserved like CVS and .svn etc. but .log - can this be due to local configuration or really, really bad bad software?
The project I am assigned to is maintaining a log parser :-/
