I finally got around to putting up 3 huge notice boards and a white board in the office - the notice boards where made from the ground up - well it is quite easy, but getting the time to put them up was a lot harder.
So now I plan to use them for storyboards and tasks list, the latter in a more XP (eXtreme Programing) way, having got a hold of a batch of papers cards for task shuffling.
The white board was already put to use in a somewhat dangerous setup involving a cable tray and nothing else.
It feels good to get some of these things out of the way with the year coming to an end, so from January and on the backlog will be shorter and focus can be on software projects.
