For no apparent reason, I somehow forgot to upload Date-Holidays 0.08 to CPAN, I gladly announced it, but forgot to do it.
Anyway the rt.cpan import problem seem to persist, I wanted to close a but in 0.07 but not even 0.07 is listed in the list of version numbers - and so wasn't 0.08, so I started to investigate why 0.08 was not on CPAN and it all fell back to be forgetting to push a button.
