Outstanding issue with rt.cpan.org

jonasbn on 2006-09-04T21:30:33

In august I updated a module and I wanted to close an RT request.

I wanted to indicate for the records that the issue had been fixed in the new release, so about two weeks after the release I wanted to close the ticket, indicating the fix in the latest release.

The latest release's version number was not available in the selection box, so I wrote to the rt-cpan queue (the list mentioned on the website), I have received a mail acknowledging the bug, but it still seems to be around.

Do people not use the customfields or is it only me?

Anyway I expect to do the same thing for a just updated module in a short while (I wonder what the latency is for this indexing?).

Is there anybody there?

Don't forget to tell me if you got an answer from rt.cpan queue. I have never been able to use it because of some issues with my user. I mailed them some times and I never got more than the automatic answer. I think they don't like me.

No, we just suck. We're way overbusy. :/

Heya

Our indexer definitely got screwed up, but that _should_ have been fixed last week. What module and version am I looking for?

This seems to be fixed now.

Thanks :)
