I went running some weeks ago and it went quite ok, I am currently not doing sports at all - I simply have too much work. So after reading jmcadas journal about his marathon, I decided to start running again. I hope will be able to keep an interval of every second day - I get up early in the morning anyway - todays run went quite ok, but I expect I need to run at least 3 months before being back at an acceptable level.
