I am considering cutting down on the volleyball for some time to get some more work done. Christmas seemed to last for all of December so I am kind of behind on most of my projects - perhaps it is time to make a restructurization of my time and work.
I did not make any new year resolutions this year, eventhough they have been quite successfull the last few years, but I turned 34 last sunday and it made me think that it might be time to focus on my company, if I want to take it to the next level (ISV in my plans), it will take some more time.
The pipeline is full of tasks and the financial situation is ok (could be better), so with the tasks/projects in the pipeline and the priotization of my time it might be possible to stabilize the situation and time can be assigned to development of the projects I have on the drawing board.
