Another failing test addressed. I was experiencing problems with Date::Holidays::AU, which needs additional parameters to work. This has now been dealt with temporarily - it will need revisiting.
The problem is that its method is_holiday, needs an additional parameter indicating the state, the holidays method in the same module defaults to VIC, so for know we are using this as our default state.
All in all my whole Date::Holidays project needs revisiting...
