Legs

I am really tired in my legs, just having expanded my running trip, together with volleyball and biking to the office - it fills good just to sit down and relax the legs.

Well since April I have lost 5-6 Kg. (also the ones I gained over the summer with the BBQs).


Massage

Massage your legs, or let somebody else do it (the Mrs, for example — lower legs are hard to reach for oneself). Knead your muscles, in particular those parts that feel a bit hard, with some massage oil or body milk. You can't get the sour feeling out completely at first, but half an hour after it's been done, they'll feel a lot better.

Lying down with your legs up, for example upon the backside of a sofa, helps too, but not as good/fast.

About the Mrs. (not that we are married), I just have to convince her - afterall she is the pregnant one...

Now that is a tough one...

I suggest a pre-emptive strike - rub HER feet *before* you ask her. :)
