I finished part of a project for a client yesterday. I still have a long way to go since it is a large and in my opinion complex system I am building.
But it felt good, to finish something - I am leaving for two weeks of holiday, which is going to be nice. When I get back I have a lot of work todo, including another large project for a new client.
I am thinking more and more in the way of using some of the practices from eXtreme Programming, since I think it would help in my communication with my clients. I think of course on the use of stories - since these seems to be easily understandable by both programmer and customer.
And they are easier to estimate :)
But I will have a look at that after my holiday... right now it looks like 2 weeks of rain (did anybody say programming?) but let's hope for some sun...
