I have now been running 3 mornings each week at 07:00 AM for a little more than a month now.
I increased the distance of my route a bit friday. I do not have problems with my back anymore and the legs are also good.
Next increase in distance should be around beginning of July. This is where my holidays start and will probably be running on Bornholm.
Bornholm will be nice since I know a marvellous route there on the coast...
