Apple have not currently fixed a security hole relating to the OpnApp.scpt scripts located in diverse resource forks.
The apparent work-around is to remove/rename the scripts, so I started a recursive search for these files on my system and I found out that I had not removed (for some reason) all my lproj resource forks for languages I do not use, so I looked at my old script "mac_lproj_cleaner.pl" and fixed a few bugs - and now it really works.
So if you need to free some space on your harddrive have a look at my script also the number of these security holes are lowered (well a security hole is a security hole).
