I have just uploaded first official version of Module::Template::Setup.
It still requires MUCH work, but now I can get some feedback from some of the guys who were interested in the module.
One of the things that troubles me the most is the handling of installation of a personal configuration file, templates etc. hopefully I will come up with a proper solution to the problem sometime soon.
