After a week of hard work, solving RT3 tickets at work, the first thing I did friday when I got home from work was creating a ticket in CPAN's RT2 system for Module-Info-File, apparently some of the tests break on windows.
Well it looks as if I have problems with the filesystem stuff on Win32, hopefully I will have the time to fix the problem this weekend
