I went through my mailbox yesterday to clean it up. This is easier than it sounds for most mail, apart for a large group of messages from myself.
These message have topics like:
url
todo
husk (remember)
checkout
etc.
At the same time I have for long wanted to experiment with a Wiki installation (and I have tried without luck), so I thought "ok", lets see what this
CGI::Kwiki can do?
5 minutes later I am organizing all the important stuff from these personal mails in a Wiki - the author
Brian Ingerson has really done a good job.

The Wiki is very simple, easy to use (once you get the concept) and it works perfect for personal notes etc.
How are you organizing your stuff?

I'm running CGI::Kwiki too and think it is wonderful. Are you doing anything special to organize you data and mail or are you just flipping through and copy and pasting as needed?
Oh man, to wiki-ize my mailboxes.

Well for now I am just throwing content at the Wiki, trying to find good wiki names. Perl module names are accepted, which is good.
With the ease you can set up CGI::Kwiki, you could actually have seveval wikis running along side, dedicated to special topics.
I think migrating a CGI::Kwiki (without having tried) is quite simple, so experiment and start over if you don't like the result or if you get a good idea is my suggestion.
