I finally got around to crack the CGI-fication of my homepage. The layout have been broken into templates for CGI::FastTemplate (my all time favorite template system).
Now remains the following tasks (probably many more):
Modulisation of the sub builts
CGI-fication of sub pages
Writing of some tools to maintain the content files
