I received a reminder from the YAPC::Europe registration site this morning reminding me of the deadline for abstract submissions, it said 1st. of May.
I checked the site, asked at the Paris.pm IRC channel and luckily the deadline is not until 1st. of June.
But I sent of my abstract for a lightning talk I want to do - CamelBones development:
CamelBones Development, Lightning-talk
CamelBones is a framework, which can be used for building Cocoa applications using Perl - Perl scripts with an Aqua GUI. During this lightning talk we will build a simple Cocoa based Calculator in Perl for OS X.
So here we go, I better practice this alot since my experience with GUI development is that is takes a lot more time, due to the advanced tools.
I think I might be sending another abstract aswell, the same talk I gave at SPW on testing, I just need to adjust the talk and presentation, based on the feedback I got, and I think I have to give some more examples...
