Thursday evening, me and my fellow Perl Monger defekt are working on the last stuff we need to prepare before the workshop, name tags, programs etc.
The speakers are starting to arrive but due to lack of time I had to cancel a proposed dinner. This annoys me alot, but I guess it is difficult arranging a workshop in 3-4 months (my first journal entry about the SPW is on the 22nd. of january, when I called it Perl::Weekend) and having a fulltime job at the same time - where I am involved in a project having its deadline in 2-3 weeks...
Well now I am trying to finish my presentation for tomorrow (I am thinking about cancelling the one on CamelBones). So tomorrow is the big day - I don't think I will be able to sleep tonight (well I haven't slept very well this week so).
We reached 60 registrants and 11 speakers from 5 countries, I think that is pretty good.
Better go back to work...
