I went over the TODO list i wrote before the weekend about the items I had planned.
I sent the application to DKUUG on the 'Perl::Weekend' arrangement. My friend Casper (defekt) send me a link to a german workshop thing, which I actually read about on YAPC::Europe 2002 (somebody had kindly placed a poster in the mens room). This could prove as inspiration for our little project. Now we can just wait for the DKUUG response.
I updated the flyer text, and actually got a fellow monger to read it - it is not completely finished.
Ok, I did not get to program much Perl this weekend eventhough I had planned to finish my core modules in Games::Bingo.
But I got to do a few other things:
Installing OS X on a friends iMac
Experimented and started running smoke tests again (please see the journal entry for sunday).
2 out of 3 is pretty good I think, I would have preferred 3 out of 3.
Well so now I can plan for the forthcoming week.
Monday I have to go back to the iMac of my friends since we have to install some backed-up stuff, and the upgrade from 10.0 to 10.1 actually made a lot of trouble, so the machine is currently running 10.0.
Tuesday and Thursday looks like nights of meaning I can get to do some Perl coding.
This is not such a bad monday after all :)
