It took a server reinstall and a fair amount of tinkering with mediawiki skins and doing some quick and dirty scripts for /docs/ POD browsing and /source/ SVN browsing, but http://handelframework.com/ is up and running.
Now I can get back to coding and get thoe Catalyst helpers done.
