Jifty isn't terribly painful to install

I installed Jifty on a pretty fresh 5.8.8 today. Three of the four build bugs were already reported on rt.cpan.org and I reported the last. None were critical errors.

Still... I wish those bugs were fixed.

The culprits: XML::SAX, Test::Dependencies, File::Flat, uh... something else.

For the record, I've fixed the install problems related to Test::Dependencies. If you find and more bugs or have suggestions for improvements, I'd be happy to hear them.
