The wok is seasoning right now. This house smells wonderful! It's a little smaller than its teflon predecessor, but not too much. I do wish I had a gas range so I could get a round bottom wok, but then life would be too perfect.
Nothing like seasoning a new piece of cookware and savoring the aromas while thinking of the aromas and memories it will bring in the future.
